The article discusses the personal quality of the doctor from the perspective of a profession which is “professionalisim” personality structure of a specialist, and, in turn, contributes to the successful implementation of this activity. Preparation for professional activity of the physician includes not only the acquisition of specific knowledge and skills, but also a modification of the motivation system is aimed at success or avoiding failure, the development of personal qualities. As one of the key qualities of a doctor was highlighted creativity as the ability to obtain valuable results in a nonstandard way, as the work of a doctor at times requires the adoption of innovative solutions. The way of formation and the peculiarities of motivation for every student and physician individual and depend primarily on the completeness of a person’s sense of responsibility. Empirically established and theoretically proved that the structure and dynamics of formation of professional personal qualities of students and professionals significantly changed during University studies and subsequent employment. At different stages of professionalization dominated by different personal qualities. The study found that, in General, for students and professionals is of great importance motivation for success and avoiding failure. Estimated willingness to risk medical students, doctors and professors of Pediatrics. We determined the level of verbal and non-verbal creativity among students in different courses and in the workplace. The interrelation of separate components of responsibility, of creativity, of achievement motivation at different stages of learning and work. The main factors contributing to the professionalization of medical students.
