The article says that modern school must formulate its request according to the priority state processes. The thesis on personality development, its mechanisms and processes are the fundamental provision of Federal educational standards. The article describes the process of teaching psychology at school which is organized as a conditional structure without the formal method in its development, which orients a student to create a question with the subsequent compulsory reflection. The unique individual teaching approach gives the opportunity to coexist a teacher and a student in one paradigm, in the plane of constant, unceasing  knowledge acquisition about the world and its connection with an individual.
