The article analyzes the genesis of social identity in the continuum «norm-violation». Any violation of social identity should be considered as a dysgenesis. As a result of the study, it was established that the development of social identity regardless of the nosological form is characterized by the heterogeneity of the structures in comparison with the norm. Regardless of the type of somatic pathology, the integration of the structural organization is ensured at the level of the motivational component in the structure of social identity: in subjects with oncological diseases, the basic quality is the motivation to maintain life support; in subjects with amputation of the lower extremities, the basic quality is the motivation of comfort at the level of the motivational component and the value of independence at the level of the value component; in subjects who underwent ischemic stroke, the basic qualities are the motivation of general activity at the level of the motivational component of social identity and a simple cognitive organization at the level of the cognitive component.
