The article is devoted to the analysis of a sociological study conducted with the aim of studying technologies that contribute to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities living in stationary social service institutions
The article discusses the quality of the services provided, the level of competence and benevolence of the staff of the Kursk boarding house for war and labor veterans; identifies the needs and opportunities of disabled people in the types of social rehabilitation.
The ways to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities in a stationary institution of social services have been identified; trends in the development of life difficulties of disabled people; needs for types of assistance.
The opinion of the surveyed citizens on the improvement of the health care system was investigated.
