This article put forward the hypothesis that the subject - object orientationof relations, which is one measure of associative - dissociative mechanisms of destructive behavior of adolescents can be found hand test. On the basis of the specialized Kursk Clinical Psychiatric Hospital in the period from October 2013 to April 2014 carried out an empirical study. It was found that adolescents with schizophrenia and under compulsory treatment, committed criminal acts in the associative-dissociative mechanisms of the system is dominated by the subject-object relationships, and these relationships can be studied technique - hand test.
