In case of negative expert evaluation, the manuscript is sent to the author with a proposal to take into account the comments when preparing a new version of the article, or, if it is impossible to finalize it, it is rejected. The changes made by the author must be made to the electronic version of the text and returned to the editor. After completion, the manuscript is again sent for scientific review to the same reviewers.
